Performance tests for 130 t/h biomass-fired boilers

摘要 在130 t/h振动炉排生物质直燃锅炉上进行了性能试验,试验结果表明锅炉效率偏低的主要原因是鳍片式低压烟气冷却器积灰和低温腐蚀泄漏后堵管造成的排烟温度高、燃料发热量偏低和排烟中含有大量CO。而锅炉出力偏低是由于燃料含水量过大造成的。基于试验结果提出改进低压烟气冷却器结构、优化锅炉配风和降低燃料水分可以提高锅炉效率和实际出力。 Performance test was conducted on a 130 t/h vibrating grate biomass-fired boiler, and the results showed that the boiler's low efficiency was due to high flue gas temperature caused by ash fouling and tube blocking after leakage on low pressure flue gas cooler, low heating value of fuel, and high CO concentration in flue gas; the boiler' s low output was due to the high moisture in fuel. Some suggestions on increasing the boiler's efficiency and output were given such as improving structure of the low pressure flue gas cooler and optimizing air distribution and decreasing moisture in fuel.
