摘要
在对变电设备倒闸操作许可制的含义和流程方案进行分析,探讨了许可制实施过程中存在的主要危险点及其控制方式,对实施操作许可制所取得的效益进行了分析。
The content and the procedure of the switching operation licensing mechanism for power transformation equipment were illuminated, and the main risk points and relevant control methods for implementation of the licensing mechanism were discussed. The benefits obtained were also analyzed.
