摘要
用FRAPCON-2程序中二维有限元力学模块AXISYM分析了秦山核电厂燃料芯块与包壳之间的机械相互作用(PCMI),给出了包壳局部应力的计算结果。根据LANGER&O’DONNEL疲劳寿命经验公式和MINER法则,编制了疲劳分析程序FATIG-1,分析了秦山核电厂燃料包壳在负荷追随运行工况下的积累疲劳损伤因子,为秦山核电厂燃料元件的设计改进和安全审评提供依据。
The finite element analysis model AXISYM in FRAPCON 2 code is used to analyze the pellet cladding mechanical interaction(PCMI)of the fuel rod of Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant (QNPP). The local stress calculation results are given. Meanwhile, in accordance with LANGER & O'DONNEL empiricla formual and MINER law, the code FATIG 1 is developed to analyze the QNPP cladding local cumulative damage factor at the end of life (EOF) under load following operation to upgrade the design and safety assessment for QNPP fuel rod.
