摘要
分析了当前国内防水企业所处的时代背景和发展现状,通过对跨国防水公司经营战略的揭示,比较并论证了国内外防水企业在经营理念上的差距,从而得出国内防水企业必须克服短视心理,主动调整经营战略,转变经营模式,以增强企业核心竞争力的发展思路。
By analyzing the features of the times and current development state domestic waterproofing enterprises live in, showing management strategy of multinational corporations and differences in development strategy between the two, the article concludes that it is necessary for domestic enterprises to overcome shortsightedness, adjust management strategy and mode actively in order to strengthen competitive power.
