喹烯酮预混剂饲喂肉用仔鸡的效果试验

Investigation on the Effect of Feeding Broiler with the Quinocetone Premix

选用1日龄肉用雏鸡180羽,随机分为3组,每组3个重复。空白对照组饲喂基础日粮,喹乙醇对照组饲喂添加75mg/kg喹乙醇预混剂基础日粮,试验组饲喂添加75mg/kg的喹烯酮预混剂基础日粮,试验期35d。结果表明,试验组肉鸡的期末平均体重、净增重和日增重均高于空白对照组和喹乙醇组,差异显著(P(0.05),试验组的平均采食量高于两对照组(P(0.05)。试验组的饲料转化率较空白对照组提高3.69%(P(0.05),较喹乙醇对照组提高1.5%(P>0.05)。

The objective of this study was to study the effect of quinoeetone premix on the growth performance of the growing broilers. One hundred and fifty chicks at age of 7-day were divided into 3 groups with triplicate, and allocated with the following dietary treatments： basal diet （control） or added with olaquindox premix （75 ppm） or ouinocetone premix （75 ppm）. The experiment lasted for 35 days. The final body weight and daily weight gain were significant higher in ouinocetone-added birds than those on control or olaquindox （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Feed conversion ratio of ouinocetone-added birds was higher 3.69% than the control about （P 〈0.05） and tended to be higher than the 01aquindox （ 1.50%, P 〉 0.05）. It is indicated that quinocetone premix may improve the performance, and feed efficiency of growing chicken.
