摘要
用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜研究了20MnVBH钢的正火和淬火组织。结果表明,20MnVBH钢经95℃正火后的组织为典型的粒状贝氏体,小岛是长条状,不连续分布在铁素体基体上,并趋于平行排列;淬火组织为板条马氏体,马氏体板条间存在残余奥氏体薄膜;残余奥氏体薄膜和两侧板条马氏体的位向关系分别符合K-S关系和西山关系。
The microstructures of 20MnVBH steel have been investigated by means of optical microscopy, SEM and TEM. The granular bainite structure consists of ferrite and islands. The morphology of the islands mainly appears the shape of strip, and there is a tendency of parallel distribution in the ferrite matrix. The morphology of martensite of the steel is the shape of lath, and there exist films of retained austenite between lathes. The orientation relatiorships between retained austenite and adjacent lathes correspond to K-S and N respectively
