摘要 针对FACTS元件的装设对传统继电保护和重合闸性能的影响,分析了含FACTS元件的超高压输电线路中的FACTS控制器与传统线路保护及自动重合闸之间存在的配合问题,结合Agent技术的自治性、协同性、智能性和适应性的优点,提出了一种基于多智能体系统(MAS)的自适应协调配合方案。方案中,MAS体系结构分为诊断、协调、执行3模块,首先由诊断Agent对系统的运行状态进行诊断,根据诊断结果由协调Agent实现不同的自适应协调策略,最后形成各自治Agent的动作序列,由执行Agent完成操作。由于各Agent相对独立又相互协调,从整体上可以大大提高系统的稳定性。 According to the effects of the equipped FACTS devices on the performances of the traditional relay protections and reclosers, the paper analyzes the cooperation behaves between the FACTS controllers and the traditional line protections or the automatic recloser on EHV transmission lines with FACTS equipments. Taking the merits of the Agent technology such as autonomy, cooperativity, intelligence and adaptability into consideration, an adaptive coordination scheme based on the Multi - Agents System (MAS) is proposed. In this scheme, the architecture of MAS is divided into three parts: diagnosis module, coordinate module and execution module. Firstly, the diagnosis Agent gives a diagnostication about the operation state of the system; then based on the diagnostic message, the coordinate ANent implements the different adaptive coordination strategies; at the last the action sequence of the each ANent is given and the execution Agent will finish the operation. Because the Agents in each layer are mutually independent and coordinated, the stability of the system can be improved consumedly on the whole.
