摘要
研究了由直接氧化法制备的Al2O3/Al复合材料与45钢配合的滑动干磨损特性。发现Al2O3/Al复合材料磨损量随载荷、线速度增加而增加,一直处于平稳的磨损状态,在试验范围内,未发现从轻微磨损到严重磨损的转变。通过扫描及透射电子显微镜观察,初步分析了材料的磨损机理。
Dry sliding behaviors of Al2O3/Al composites prepared by directed molten metal oxidation (DIMOX) is investigated. The 45 steel is selected as mating part in the block-on-ring test, Experimental results indicate that the wear of Al2O3/Al composites increases with the increment of wear speed and load. Significant transition from mild to severe wear is not occurred in current work. Wear mechanism of the composites is also presented based on SEM and TEM observation
