多元微合金化切割石板用钢砂成分和组织的设计与优化

Study on the Chemical Compositions and Structures of the Micro-Alloying Steel Sand Used for Sawing Slabstone

研究了钢砂成分和热处理工艺对钢砂组织和性能的影响。并在正交试验的基础上研究出锯切花岗岩板材用钢砂适宜的化学成分和热处理工艺，使砂耗减少到4～5kg／m2。

The effects of chemical compositions and heat treatment processes on the structures andproperties of steel sand used for sawing granite slate were studied. On the basis of orthogonal experiments, the chemical compositions and treatment process suitab1e to steel sand have been found. Steelsand consume is reduced to 4~5kg/m^2
