摘要
介绍了硫酸干吸工序的串酸机理和自动控制流程,理论分析结果表明,四套可行方案均能利用酸浓和液位参数对干吸系统的串酸量和产酸量实施自动控制,依据实际情况进一步比较优劣,阐述了最为简单直接且易于操作的控制方案。
The mechanism of sulphuric acid crossflow and automatic control procedure in the drying and absorption section is described. Theoretical analysis results indicate,all four feasibility schemes can use the acid concentration and liquid level parameters for automatic control of the sulphuric acid crossflow volume and acid production volume of the drying and absorption system. Advantages and disadvantages of the schemes according to actual situation are compared,and the simplest and easiest control scheme is described.
