The producing technology of the new secondary mirror for Φ 2.16m telescope

摘要 介绍了Φ2.16m望远镜新副镜加工中的一些工艺难点及所采取的方法,定性分析了选择合适的工具形状,使镜面面形平滑过渡的可能性。对磨制过程中产生不对称像散的原因及克服的方法进行了探讨,给出了望远镜系统最终的检测结果。 This paper presents some technological barriers in producing the new secondary mirror for Φ2.16m telescope and introduces the methods which have been adopted to resolve these technical problems. The possibility that optical surface is produced smoothly by selecting suitable shape of tool is discussed. During the polishing process, the asymmetric astigmatism arises sometimes. This paper analyses the reasons and suggests the methods of resolving this problem. The testing result of the telescope system is given.
