战略柔性体系:调和反应型市场导向与先动型市场导向 被引量:4

摘要 在顾客中心时代,顾客价值已成为企业竞争优势的根本来源。相应地,企业活动需要以顾客价值的识别、创造和沟通为中心加以展开。然而,一方面,一味地迎合顾客现有的需求,最终会导致"研发近视症";另一方面,专注于发掘顾客潜在的需求并创造性地加以满足,又很难保证最终的产品创新快速地为市场所接受。文章则从构造战略柔性体系出发,分析如何调和反应型市场导向和先动型市场导向。
