复制轻质金属反射镜的应用与制备

Application and manufacture of copied lightweight metal reflector

采用复制轻质金属反射镜技术，可以制作出薄而轻、表面粗糙度好、光学性能好的各种轻质金属反射镜。复制该反射镜的工艺流程长，涉及的技术面宽，影响该镜光学质量的因素多，为确保该镜的质量稳定可靠，必须解决好母板的制作、基体材料的选取与处理、基体的加工与处理、贴合胶的选取与处理、稳定工艺、严格的质量考核的技术问题。

A method of coating copying has been used to prepare metal reflector. The character, applied prospect, manufacture technique, description of optical performance parameter and measure of quality assure of copied lightweight metal reflector have been introduced in this paper. The factors which affect the performance of copied lightweight reflector have also been analyzed.
