直角棱镜刚性上盘高效生产技术研究

Research on the high effeciency manufacture technology of right angle prism rigid blocking

本文报告直棱镜刚性成组上盘大批量高效生产工艺技术。讨论了棱镜粗磨铣磨成型，精磨磨具的参数选择以及丸片精磨镜盘的面形稳定性分析。给出了聚氨酯平盘抛光工艺参数，报告了这些研究试验结果在生产线上的应用效果。

A high efficiency production technology of right angle prism rigid blocking in quantity is reported. The generation method of the prism, the paramater choice of precision grinding tooling and the stability of the tools are discussed. The technology parameter of polyester polishing is given. The application effect of such as research results discussed in the paper on production line is reported.
