摘要 随着CAE技术的发展和完善,CAE技术在各行业得到了广泛的运用,但对于复杂的结构件(机箱、机柜和吊舱等),如果进行详细建模,用一般的硬件条件难以一次性地完成分析计算。文中探讨了一种针对复杂结构进行散热分析的方法,即先简化模型,利用简化模型的计算结果作为局部结构的环境条件,对局部结构进行详细建模,从而得到较为精确的温度分布。并用实例做了对比,得到了较好的效果。 With development and improvement of numerical simulation technology, Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) becomes widely applied in industry. But for detailed modeling of the complex structure (such as chassis, cabinets and electronic pod), it is still difficult to complete simulation in one-step with common availability of hardware. This paper explores a modeling method for cooling analysis of complex structure. In this method, the model is first simplified for simulation to obtain some initial results as local environmental conditions. Then the prelimilary analysis results are used for detailed modeling of cooling process of sub-structures to obtain more accurate prediction of temperature distribution. This method is verified by one sample case with good results.
