摘要
缓冲器是雷达天线座的重要安全保护装置,由于橡胶缓冲器的结构简单、制作容易、安装方便、重量轻、成本低的优点,橡胶缓冲器在雷达天线座上得到广泛的应用。缓冲器的结构形式及橡胶材料的力学性能是影响橡胶缓冲器抗冲击性能的主要因素。文中比较了缓冲器的三种常用的结构形式,并提供了简单有效的缓冲器橡胶头的刚度测试的方法,通过动能与变形能的转换来评定缓冲器是否满足缓冲要求。
The buffer is an important safety protector of antenna pedestal. Because the rubber cushion has simple structure, convenient assembly, light weight and low cost, the rubber cushion is widely applied in airborne equipments. The structure form and the type of rubble material are main factors of rubber cushion affecting the anit-shock performance of antenna pedestal. In this paper, we compare three structures of rubber cushion, and provide a simple testing means of cushion toughness, we also evaluate if the rubber cushion satisfy buffer demand through exchange the kinetic energy to energy of deformation.
