摘要
主要介绍了雷达天线罩针对恶劣环境的工艺设计,具体由雷达罩在舰载海洋环境、潮湿盐雾环境和高速飞行环境等不同环境下承受风载、防盐雾潮湿、耐飞行高温三个方面构成,阐述了夹层结构天线罩在力学和电性能等方面的优点,并通过工艺手段保证雷达天线罩在恶劣环境下的性能保持。
This article addresses technology design for radar radome under adverse environment, and describes advantages of laminated structure in terms of dynamics and electrical performances of wind-tolerance , rainy and moisture resistance, high temperature resistance caused by high speed of flying. Methods to maintain the performances of radar radome under adverse environment technologically are also introduced.
