摘要
介绍了规程及典型设计中电气设施的绝缘特性、保护措施的有关规定,对高压电缆输电线路系统中电缆冲击特性长度概念进行了阐述,给出了冲击特性长度的计算公式,并用实例验证了公式的合理性与正确性,指出应针对不同的工程条件计算高压电缆的冲击特性长度,当电缆的实际长度小于冲击特性长度时,合理确定高压电缆的雷电冲击耐受电压峰值,并在电缆线路两端分别装设避雷器。
On the basis of specification on electric device insulated characteristics and protected measures in the relative regulations and typical design, the calculation formula of surge strength length was given through its concept introduction in the HV transmission lines system. The correctness of the formula was verified by examples. It is pointed out that HV cable surge strength length should be calculated in different project conditions. When the cable practical length is shorter than the cable surge strength length, the lightning impulse withstand voltage peak value of HV cable should be reasonably determined and the lightning arrester should be installed at the two ends of cable lines.
