摘要
用X射线光电子能谱分析研究了金属铀在CO气氛中25℃和200℃时的表面反应。CO在金属铀表层上的吸附反应导致了U4f峰向低结合能方向位移,表层氧化物中氧含量减少,O/U比值随CO吸附量的增加而减少。研究结果表明CO气氛可抑制金属铀表面的进一步氧化。
The surface reactions of metal uranium with CO at 25℃ and 200℃ have been studied by the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Adsorption of CO on the surface oxide layer will result in the U4f peak shifting to lower binding energy and the decreasing of oxygen content in surface oxides. The O/U ratio is decreased with increasing the exposure of CO to the surface layer. The investigation indicates that the CO atmosphere can suppress further oxidation on the surface of metal uranium.
