以15N-甘氨酸为原料,用铝镍合金作还原剂,经多步反应合成[α-15N]-dl-色氨酸,总产率为46.9%,15N的丰度约为93%。终产物的理化性质与色氨酸标准品一致,并经元素分析、MS、UV和纸层析证实。
[α -15N]-dl-tryptophan was synthesized by the use of Al-Ni alloy catalytichydrogenation from 15N-glycine via several steps. The overall yield of the finalproduct was 46.9% and the abundance of 15N was about 93%. The physicochemicalproperties of the synthetic compound obtained were the same as those of the standardtryptophan. Its structure were confirmed by the elemental analyses, MS, UV andpaper chromatography.
