Type and Application Intellectual Property Rights in the Area of Biotechnology

In this review,various biotechnology inteUecmal property,including patents,copyrights,trademarks, technical secrets,technical standards,as well as industry-intellectual property rights closely related to biotechnology,were discussed. Also,characteristics and use of various intellectual property rights were compared,which could be helpful for apphcation of various biotechnology intellectual property rights.
