摘要
主要研究了燃煤机组脱硫中存在的脱硫效率和pH综合控制问题,重点介绍了吸收塔供浆流量控制原理,并就实际控制中如何协调好脱硫效率、pH、石膏品质等问题进行了分析,提出了两种控制方法,最后对实际控制对象进行仿真。
This paper mainly studied the desulphurization efficiency and pH control for coal fired power generation units,particularly the control principle of slurry control of absorber was introduced.It analyzed the cooperation among desulphurization efficiency,pH value and gypsum quality during the practical control.Two control methods were proposed.Finally simulation was made for the real control subjects.
