摘要 情商(EQ)是一个人成功因素中比智商(IQ)更重要的因素。综合英语教学中,教师要树立正确的情感观和情商教育意识,合理利用教学方法,充分挖掘教材内容,有效地培养大学生的情商。 EQ (Emotional Quotient) is more important than IQ(Intelligent Quotient) in one's success. In teaching of Integrated Skills of English, students' IQ can be influenced by that of teachers and cultivated by properly--adopted teaching methods and sufficiently--dug teaching materials. Fostering students' EQ effectively is the requirement of all--round development of human quality. It is essential in steeling students' social adaptation to meet the needs of modern society.
