摘要
采用恒流源四线测量技术,设计了一种低电阻测量仪,保证了测量精度;以运放和复合放大系统为核心技术的恒流源设计,提高了输出电流精度;专门设计的温漂补偿电路和信号调理电路,可有效地克服由于周围电磁场、电源波动等因素造成的干扰,大大提高仪器的可靠性和精度。
Current sources-four line technology was used to design a high precision measuring instrument for aeronautical low-value resistance in this paper. Operational amplify and compound amplify applied in current sources could improve the precision of output current. Filters could reduce the interference caused by the magnetic field and sources fluctuation to improve the reliability and precision.
