改进的Jones-Nelson物理非线性材料模型与橡胶复合材料层板分析

摘要 Jones-Nelson模型是复合材料物理非线性应力应交关系的一种描述方法,它通过建立材料刚度与应变能密度的关系以考虑纤维增强复合材料的物理非线性问题.非线性的材料矩阵只为应变能的函数,使得材料模型可以方便地应用在复杂应力状态下.通过引入大变形的应变应力度量和变泊松比概念;对Jones-Nelson模型进行了改进;解决了材料特性的扩展问题和收敛问题;同时考虑了大变形中纤维铺设角度的重新取向,使其能够进行超大变形情况下橡胶复合材料单层板的物理非线性描述.材料模型的预报结果与试验结果吻合较好. Jones-Nelson model is a method depicted the physical nonlinear stress-strain relations of composite rnaterials, which could solve physical nonlinear problem of fiber rein-forced composites by taking account of the relations of rnaterial stiffness and strain energy density. In the model nonlinear material matrix only is the function of strain energy density, so rnaterial model could convenientiy apply in complex stress condition. In this paper a refined Jones-Nelson rnaterial model is presented, by introducing large displacement stress-strain depiction and varying-Possion ratio idea, whre the expanding problem of material properties and convergrnce problems are overcome.Meanwhile the discuss of the reorientation of fiber and a physical nonlinear analysis for rubber composite lamina under super large deforrnation conditions is made in this paper. The prediction results of refined material model are fitted with experimental curves well.
