战略联盟是有效提高企业竞争优势的一种战略新思维,然而因为多种原因,战略联盟的失败率却相当高。文章从剖析战略联盟失败背后存在的一些障碍性问题入手,对寻求解决办法进行系统性思考,通过清晰认识战略联盟基础性问题,合理完善战略联盟构建全过程,在此基础上研究分析具体策略,以找到解决问题的有效途径和方法。

Strategical alliance is a new strategical thinking that can effectively enhance corporate competitive advantages.However,due toverying reasons,the failure rate of strategical alliance is very high.This paper tries to seek solutions through systematic thinking by first analyzing obstacles behind strategically alliance failures.Then by realizing the fundamental problems of strategical alliance,improving the whole process of its formation.On the foundation of these analyses,this paper develops to find effective solutions to overcome these being problems.
