On the Innovation of Tourism Talents Cultivation patterns in Higher Vocational Colleges——--A Case Study on the Exploration of Zhejiang International Maritime College

近年来,我国旅游业迅速发展,到2020年我国将成为世界第一旅游大国和第四入境大国。如此快速的发展意味着对旅游人才需求旺盛。但是,目前我国高职院校旅游人才培养模式与体系处于摸索阶段,浙江国际海运职业技术学院的初步探索是:优化旅游专业人才培养的知识体系,重视理论与实践的紧密结合,加强实践性教学环节,构建优秀的教师专业化教学管理体系。

In recent years, China witnesses the rapid development of tourism industry, and in 2020 China will become the world＇s largest tourism country and the fourth largest inbound tourism country. Such rapid growth means a strong demand for tourism talents. However, at present, the tourism talents cultivation patterns and system of higher vocational education in our country is in the stage of exploration. The prelim- inary exploration of Zhejiang International Maritime College is： optimizing the talent-cultivating knowledge system of tourism major, attaching importance to the close combination of theory and practice, strengthening the practical teaching, and constructing superior teaching management system of teacher specialization.
