摘要
目的研究分离到的黏细菌So ce shu-1及其次级代谢物的生物学特性。方法用烘干法和DNS法测定Soceshu-1利用纤维素的能力,用滤纸片法和溴化四唑蓝(MTT)法测定So ce shu-1利用纤维素次级代谢物抑制细菌和肿瘤细胞的效果。结果So ce shu-1能利用玉米秸秆和滤纸等纤维素,纤维素酶活性为12.30UFPA/mL,其次级代谢物有广谱抗菌活性,对K562等肿瘤细胞有较好的抑制效果。结论So ce shu-1在能源利用方面,其次级代谢物在药物和食品保鲜方面具有良好的开发前景。
Objective To study the bioactivity of myxobacterium So ce shu-1 and its secondary metabolites which can be separately obtained. Methods The oven-drying method and DNS method were used to determine the cellulose-utilizing capability of So ce shu- 1. The antibacterial and antitumor effects of the secondary metabolites of So ce shu-1 were investigated by filter paper method and MTT method, respectively. Results So ce shu-1 could use the cellulose from cornstalk and filter paper, and its cellulase activity was 12.30 UFPA/mL. The secondary metabolites of So ce shu-1 had broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity and could effectively inhibit the growth of tumor cells, especially inhibiting K562 cell line. Conclusion So ce shu-1 can be used in energy development and its secondary metabolites have a bright development perspective in drug and food fresh-keeping.
