Application of Near Infrared Analytical Technique in Identification and Assessment and Content Determination of Traditional Chinese Medicine

近红外光谱分析技术可鉴定药材产地、真伪,可以测定有效成分含量,与传统的中药鉴定方法相比,具有快速、操作简单、准确、无损的优点,是一种新型的鉴定方法。本文综述了近红外光谱分析技术在中药鉴定、定量分析和在线质量控制方面的研究进展。

Near infrared （NIR） spectroanalysis can be applied in the identification of the habitat of Chinese crude drug, true or false, and the content determination. Compared with the traditional identification and assessment methods, NIR has many advantages such as rapid identification, convenient and accurate operation without any chemical pollution. This article introduces the applications of NIR spectroanalysis in the identification and assessment, content determination and on-line quality control of traditional Chinese medicine.
