芪倍合剂对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠白细胞介素-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α的影响

Effects of Qibei Mixture on Expression of IL-8,TNF-α in Rats Model with Ulcerative Colitis

[目的]建立溃疡性结肠炎(UC)大鼠模型,研究芪倍合剂对大鼠溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的治疗作用及对肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)产生和表达的影响。[方法]用三硝基苯磺酸(TNBS)法制备大鼠UC模型,采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)方法测定大鼠血清中TNFα、IL-8水平。[结果]芪倍合剂组和柳氮磺胺吡啶组TNF-α、IL-8明显低于模型组,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]芪倍合剂可显著降低UC大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-8的水平,有治疗UC的前景。

[Objective]To investigate the regulatory effects of Qibei mixture to TNF-α and IL-8 in rats model with ulcerative colitis （U C）. [Methods]The rat UC model established in our study was induced by TNBS. Serum TNF-α, IL-8 levels were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. [Results]TNF-α,IL- 8 of Qibei mixture groups and SASP group were significantly lower than that of model group（P〈0.01 ）. [Conclusion]Qibei mixture can markedly decrease the level of TNF-α and IL-8 in UC adult rats. It may be available for treating ulcerative colitis.
