自拟小儿止泻方治疗轮状病毒肠炎35例

Rotavirus Enteritis 35 Cases Treated with Self-made Children Zhixie Decoction

[目的]探讨轮状病毒肠炎的有效治疗方法。[方法]将轮状病毒肠炎患儿67例,随机分为治疗组35例和对照组32例。两组均根据脱水程度予口服补液或静脉补液,纠正水、电解质、酸碱平衡。对照组予口服思密达、金双歧治疗,治疗组用自拟小儿止泻方治疗。[结果]治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]自拟小儿止泻方治疗轮状病毒肠炎疗效显著。

[Objective]To discuss effective method for rotavirus enteritis. [Method] Randomly divide 67 cases into treatment group 35 cases and control one 32. 2 groups were administered orally taking notifying liquid or by vein, correcting water, electrolyte and acid-base balance. The control one took Simida and Kim Bifidobacterium;the treatment group took self-made Children Zhixie Decoction. [Result] The treatment group had higher total effective rate than control one（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Self-made Children Zhixie Decoction has marked cure effect on children rotavirus enteritis.
