滋肾活血利水治疗糖尿病肾病42例疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation to Inciting the Kidney Blood and Water Circulation to Treat Diabetes Nephrosis 42 Cases

[目的]探讨中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效。[方法]将80例DN患者随机分为治疗组42、对照组38例,对照组在给予降血糖、降血压以及应用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)等治疗。治疗组在对照组基础上,加服滋肾活血利水中药治疗。[结果]治疗组显效率、总有效率、症状基本消失率和改善率均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组尿蛋白、肾功能、空腹血糖、血脂和血液流变学等指标的改善均优于对照组(P<0.05;P<0.01)。[结论]中西医结合治疗DN可获得较好的疗效,滋肾活血利水法在改善糖脂代谢、减少尿蛋白、改善血液流变学和肾功能方面具有重要作用。

[Goal] To discuss the clinical curative effect of cooperation of Chinese and western medicine treating diabetes nephrosis （DN）. [Method] According to doctor DN plan,divide 80 cases stochastically into treatment group 42 and control group 38.the control group was given diabetes education and diet foundation, falling the blood sugar,lowering the blood pressure as well as ACEI. The treatment group was added inciting the kidney blood and water circulation .treatment on the base of control one. [Result] The treatment group＇s obviouse efficiency,the total effectiveness, symptom basic vanishing rate and the improvement rate were higher than the control group, two groups have statistical difference （P〈0.05） .so were urinary protein, kidney function, blood glucose, blood lipids and blood rheology, and other indicators of improvement before and after treatment, the difference was significant or very significant （P〈0. 05;P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Integrated treatment of DN has good effect;moistening kidney can promote blood circulation and water action in improving glucose and lipid metabolism and reducing urinary protein, hemorheology and improving kidney function, playing an important role.
