清热祛痰止咳法治疗支气管扩张症30例

Cases of Bronchiectasis Treated with Method of Clearing Heat,Removing Sputum and Stop Cough

[目的]观察中医药对支气管扩张症的治疗效果。[方法]将60例支气管扩张症患者随机分为两组,每组30例。治疗组内服自拟支扩方并随症加减,对照组单纯用西药治疗,15d为1疗程,2疗程后评定治疗结果。[结果]治疗组显效率76.7%,总有效率为96.7%,对照组显效率60%,总有效率为86.7%,两组显效率及总有效率比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01)。[结论]清热祛痰止咳法对支气管扩张症有很好的疗效。

[Objective] To observe the cure effect of TCM on bronehieetasis. [Method] Randomly divide 60 cases into 2 groups, 30 cases in each. The treatment group take revised self-made Zhikuofang, the control one purely western medicine, 15 d as a course ; evaluate the effect after 2 courses. [-Result] For the treatment group, the marked effective rate was 76.7%, total effective rate 96.7 % ; 60 % and 86.7 % for the control one respectively; all differences had marked meaning （ P〈 0.01 ）. [Conclusion] TCM has good cure effect on bronchiectasis,worthy promotion for application.
