补阳还五汤加减治疗早期糖尿病肾病58例

Buyang Huangwu Decoction Treat Early Diabetic Nephropathy

[目的]观察补阳还五汤加味治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。[方法]选择中医辨证属气虚血瘀证的早期糖尿病肾病患者58例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组予糖尿病教育、饮食控制和格列喹酮片或胰岛素治疗,治疗组在此基础上联用益气活血通络中药补阳还五汤加味。[结果]治疗组治疗后尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)较对照组及治疗前明显下降(P<0.01)。[结论]说明中药补阳还五汤加味汤能显著降低糖尿病肾病患者的UAER。

[Objective]To observe the cure effect of Buyang Huangwu Decoction on diabetic nephropathy（DN）. [Method]Choose 58 cases of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type, randomly divide them into treatment and control groups. The control one takes diabetes education, diet, Gliquidone tablets or insulin, the treatment one is added with revised Buyang Huangwu Decoction, the Chinese medicine for notifying qi, activating blood and smoothing collateral. [ Result]For the treatment group, RAER was more markedly reduced than control one（P〈0.01）. [Conclusion]It shows that revised Buyang Huangwu Decoction can obviously decrease UAER of DN patients.
