中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎的策略

Combination of TCM and WM Treat Chronic Prostatitis

针对病因治疗疗效不佳的情况下,以改善症状为突破口进行中医辨证施治、中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎是一种有效的策略。Ⅰ、Ⅱ型前列腺炎以西药抗生素为主。Ⅳ型前列腺炎无症状,无证可辨,不是中医的特长。Ⅲ型前列腺炎以中医治疗,疗效显著。

Under the situation of not good cure effect,pointing to causa morbi,starting from relieving symptoms,it is an effective measure to make TCM treatment based on differentiation of signs and combination of TCM and WM for chronic prostatitis. Types Ⅰ and Ⅱ mainly take western medicine antibiotics. Type Ⅳ prostatitis has no symptoms, no signs for differentiation,TCM is not good at it. But TCM has marked cure effect on type Ⅲ prostatitis.
