小柴胡汤加减治疗妊娠感冒68例

Small Bupleurum Decoction Treat Pregnant Cold 68 Cases

[目的]探讨妊娠感冒有效治疗途径[方法]对68例妊娠感冒患者采用采用小柴胡汤加减治疗。[结果]68例患者除2例患者配合抗菌素外,其余全部中药治愈,显效58例,2个疗程治愈者为8例,治愈率为100%,其中显效率为86.8%,纯中药治愈率为97%。[结论]小柴胡汤加减治疗妊娠感冒临床疗效确切。

[Objective] To discuss the effective treatment to pregnant cold. [Method] Administer revised Small Bupleurum Decoction to 68 cases of pregnant cold. [Result] Except for 2 eases coordinated with antibiotics,others were all cured with Chinese medicine, 58 had marked effect, 8 were cured after 2 courses, cure rate 100 %, marked effective rate 86.8 %, pure Chinese medicine cure rate 97%. [Conelusion] Revised Small Bapleurum Decoction has definite cure effect on pregnant cold.
