微晶纤维素丙烯酸酯复合磁性微球的制备 被引量:1

摘要 采用反相悬浮聚合法合成一种微晶纤维素丙烯酸酯复合磁性微球,并对磁性微球的内部结构和性能进行了分析,结果表明微晶纤维素被包埋在聚丙烯酸酯内部而Fe3O4被包裹在微球内部孔洞中,通过磁性分析,此微晶纤维素丙烯酸酯复合磁性微球为具有半硬磁性的微球材料。 Microcrystalline cellulose-acrylate composite magnetic microsphere was prepared with the aid of inverse suspension polymerization. The analysis of the interior structure and properties of microsphere indicated the avicel was covered inside the acrylic ester and Fe3O4 located in the pores of interior microsphere. Microcrystalline cellulose-acrylate composite magnetic microsphere was one kind of semi-hard-magnetic materials via magnetic analysis.
