摘要
将两根矩形钢管直接焊接形成新型T形钢管混凝土组合构件,进行了8组共16个T形钢管混凝土组合构件的抗弯试验,分析了含钢率、剪跨比、截面尺寸等参数对新型T形钢管混凝土组合构件抗弯性能的影响,比较了新型T形钢管混凝土组合构件和传统T形钢管混凝土组合构件的抗弯性能.运用有限元软件ABAQUS对构件的弯矩-挠度曲线进行了全过程分析,数值分析结果与试验结果符合良好,两者的承载力差值在5%以内.提出了新型T形钢管混凝土组合构件抗弯极限承载力的计算公式,并运用该公式计算了5组试件的弯曲极限承载力,计算结果与试验结果误差最大为14%,结果令人满意.
Proposed is a new type of concrete-filled steel tubular composite member with T-section, which is welded directly by two rectangular steel tubes. Flexural behaviors of 16 composit members of this type divided into 8 groups were studied experimentally. The analysis is conducted of the effects of steel ratio, shear span ratio and section dimension. And the bending resistance performance between the new type and the traditional T-section concrete-filled steel tubular composite members is compared. The full-range curves of the moment-deflection through ABAQUS are analyzed. The calculated results are in good agreement with experimental results and the average relative error is below 5 %. A formula to calculate the bending ultimate bearing capacity of the new type T-section concrete-filled steel tubular composite member is put forward. By comparison between the calculated value and ex- perimental data, the maximum average relative error is 14 % and the calculated results are satisfied.
