女性外阴部皮肤软组织缺损的修复

Reparation in Soft Tissue of Vulva Defective Skin

目的:探讨女性外阴部皮肤软组织缺损后合理修复的方法。方法:通过26例经治的女性病人回顾以及相应的图像资料进行对照观察,并对其治疗情况进行分析总结。结果:本组女性病例,因病灶切除或外伤所导致的外阴缺损,均以阴股沟部为主形成皮瓣修复;部分缺损较大的病例,在阴股沟部以外的周围形成辅助皮瓣联合使用,均使外阴部达到较好的修复、恢复了外阴基本形态。结论:阴股沟部及其周围的组织储存量较大,而且组织疏松、皮肤松弛,一般均能满足外阴部缺损修复的需要。对于严重缺损的,要进行合理设计,充分利用其周围的皮肤软组织,形成辅助皮瓣联合使用,对外阴修复重建可收到较好的治疗效果。

Objective： To investigate the best method to repair the soft tissue of vulva defective skin. Methods：Through reviewing therapeutics of 26 female cases and observing the clinical photo and data, accordingly the therapeutic efficacy was analyzed and summarized. Results：All female cases were repaired mainly by inguinal skin flap whose the soft tissue of vulva skin is defective, which was caused with surgical intervention or trauma, part of them were combined with circa-inguinal skin flap who have severe defective. All cases have satisfied repara- tion and reconstruct the basal vulva appearance. Conclusion： Inguinal and circa - inguinal tissue is rarefaction and skin is chalasis, and the plentiful storages can satisfy the need of reparation of defective vulva. The serious defec- tive should be design reasonably and use the circa- inguinal soft tissue to construct ancillary skin flap. And fa- vorable effect often can be reached with the foregoing methods on vulva reconstruction.
