摘要
目的探讨慢性粒细胞白血病分期与巨核细胞的关系。方法对我院118例慢性粒细胞白血病患者的骨髓巨核细胞数量和质量的变化进行分析。结果118例患者中,慢性期88例,加速期14例,急变期16例。50.8%的病例有巨核细胞数量的改变,从慢性期、加速期到急变期数量逐渐减少。61.0%的病例有病态巨核细胞出现,其各期出现的频率分别为72.7%、42.9%和12.5%,即随病情的进展而逐步下降。结论进一步证实了慢性粒细胞白血病病变发生在肝细胞水平。对掌握慢性粒细胞白血病病情进展、治疗效果及预后有重要意义。
Objective To research into the relationship between the karyotypic abnormality in predicting the disease progress in chronic myeloid leukemia(CML) and bone marrow megakaryocyte (MK). Methods We studied the change of quantity and quality of bone marrow MK in 118 CML patients. Results The change of quantity of bone marrow MK was found in only 88 patients in chronic phase ,but in 14 patients in accelerated, and in 16 patients in blast crisis. Sequential studies in one patient also showed that change of MK was smaller during the chronic phase but turns decreased as the disease progresses. At the same time, the abnormal of quality frequencies were 72.7% ,42.9% and 12.5%. Conclusion Our finding indicate that the change of quantity and quality with MK shows the important implication for the course of CML and the therapeutic effect as well as the prognosis.
