发动机链条正时系统用塑料件高品质控制策略

HIGH QUALITY CONTROL STRATEGY FOR PLASTIC PART USED IN ENGINE CHAIN TIME SYSTEM

摘要 采用注射成型数值模拟仿真和工艺实验相结合的方法,对发动机链条正时系统用塑料件使用的注塑工艺方案和注塑工艺参数进行了优化。结果表明,为避免塑料件在与链条啮合的接触面出现熔接痕,应选择单浇口,且浇口位置选择在塑料件的顶端以使该塑料件的变形量最小;同时确定了优化的注塑工艺参数,以保证该塑料件的高尺寸精度,从而满足其使用要求。 Utilizing the numerical simulation of injection process and experimentation, the gate location of plastic part used in engine chain time system was decided and the injection process variables were optimized. The results showed that only one gate could be considered in order to avoid any knitted line on the surface contacted with chain. To minimize the deformation especially for glass fiber reinforced engineering plastic material, the gate should be located on the top of part. Meanwhile, the optimized variables of the injection process are decided to ensure the part's high dimension precision and meet its requirement.
