摘要 味精生产高浓度废水采用生产饲料酵母—四效蒸发—双效浓缩工艺预处理后,其中的硫酸铵和氨基酸回收用作肥料,蒸发冷凝液与其他中低浓度废水混合后经初沉—二级A/O—二沉处理,在进水COD≤2000mg/L、NH3-N≤500mg/L情况下,出水COD<100mg/L、NH3-N≤30mg/L,达到了预期处理效果。 After the highly concentrated wastewater from monosodium glutamate production is pretreated by feeding stuff yeast-tetra-effect evaporation-double effect condensation technology, ammonia sulphate and amino acid fertilizer can be recovered. And, after mixing the evaporated condensate and other medium/low concentrated wastewater, through primary sedimentation-secondary A/O-second sedimentation treatment, and when the condition of inflow water COD ≤2 000 mg/L, NH3-N ≤500 mg/L, outflow water COD〈100 mg/L, NH3-N ≤ 30 nag/L, which reaches the predicted effect.
