BF型柔性传动在回转窑上的应用

Application of BF Wrapping Connector Driving in Rotary Kiln

针对回转窑传统设计中所采用的固定齿轮传动的一系列问题进行了分析,提出了柔性传动这一解决办法。介绍了BF型柔性传动装置的结构特点及性能优势。实践证明,采用柔性传动可从根本上解决原固定齿轮传动存在的问题。

In order to solve the troubles presented in conventional fix gear driving in rotary kiln, the wrapping connection driving technique was proposed. In this paper, the structure, characteristics and its advantages of BF wrapping connection driving were introduced. Practical operation proved that the wrapping connection driving can solve the troubles existed in fix gear driving.
