摘要 本文基于服务创新的四维度模型,具体讨论了人力资源战略、员工培训、授权管理、基于行为的评估、员工创新行为培养等对服务创新的影响,提出了增强企业服务创新的人力资源策略整合模型,并展望了该整合模型的研究和应用价值。
