摘要
概述图书馆读者服务工作的涵义,指出图书馆要把读者服务工作作为主体。在秉承"以人为本"、"读者第一"的理念同时,分析图书馆人权利的涵义以及如何维护图书馆人权利,就协调二者相互关系的重要性进行探讨,以供同行商榷。
The paper generalizes the definition of library service for readers and points out that library should take reader services as the main work in the whole library industry. In accordance with the concept of "people- oriented" and "reader first", it also analyzes the implication of librarian rights and how to maintain this rights, moreover discusses the importance to balance the relationship between librarian rights maintenance and reader services.
