高校图书馆在为教学与科研提供信息服务的同时,有必要不断拓展个性化服务功能。针对高校人才培养需求以及大学生就业的严峻形势,指出高校图书馆开展就业信息服务的优势并提出相关对策。

It is necessary for college and university libraries to expand personalized service functions when providing information service for teaching and research. In view of college and university personnel training demands and the severe situation of graduate em- ployment, the paper points out the advantages of college and university libraries to carrying out employment information service and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
