摘要 目的研究脑缺血预适应对血浆皮质醇含量及Bcl-2表达的影响。方法采用线栓法建立大脑中动脉缺血再灌注模型,放射免疫法测定血浆皮质醇含量,HE和免疫组化染色检测大脑皮层病理变化和免疫阳性细胞数。结果缺血预适应组与缺血组比较,缺血侧大脑皮层神经细胞损伤明显减轻,血浆皮质醇含量降低(P<0.05),Bcl-2表达显著增加(P<0.01)。结论脑缺血预适应后内源性皮质醇可能通过上调Bcl-2表达参与了脑缺血耐受。 [Objective] To investigate the influence of ishemic preconditioning on the content of blood plasm cortisol and the expression of Bcl-2 preteinum. [Methods] In our study the models of brain ischemic preconditioning were made by occlusion middle cerebral artery using an intraluminal filament method. The content of blood plasma cortisol was assayed by radio-immunity, the immunopositive cell population and pathological change of cerebral cortex were detected by the way of immunohistochemistry and HE staining, [Results] Compared with the group of cerebral ischemic reporfusion, there were less nerve cell injury, lower content of blood plasm eortisol (P 〈0.05), stronger Bcl-2 immunoreactivity (P 〈0.01) in ishemic preconditioning group. [Conclusion] Endogenous cortisol in ishemie preconditioning could have been participated the mechanism of ischemic tolerance by the stronger expression of Bcl-2 proteinum.
