摘要
肿瘤化疗是肿瘤治疗的重要手段,化疗药物主要通过细胞DNA、蛋白质大分子等发挥作用,在治疗肿瘤的同时,对正常细胞和组织的损伤也是临床关注的重要问题。近年来,随着肿瘤化疗药物的进步和肿瘤治疗经验积累,化疗所致的严重并发症明显减少。肿瘤治疗中化疗引起的肺部并发症病因非常复杂,发病机制多种多样,临床表现急缓各有不同。
