摘要
胸腺瘤的发病率相对较低,其中,Ⅰ～Ⅱ期的治疗原则明确,通过手术切除即可获得理想的长期生存率,但具有局部侵袭特征的Ⅲ～Ⅳ期胸腺瘤的规范治疗方案一直存在争议。本文希望通过对近年这一领域的研究进展进行总结,为今后的临床工作提供参考。
Abstract Thymomas are rare mediastinal tumors. Early - stage encapsulated tumors （ stage Ⅰ -Ⅲ ） can be easily resected, while the optimal treatment strategy for advanced invasive thymomas （stage Ⅲ -Ⅳ ） remains controversial. This paper reviews the relevant literatures in recent years.
