摘要
采用火焰原子吸收光谱法对新疆穆塞莱斯葡萄酒中的Mg、Zn、Fe、Ca、Mn、Cu、K、Sr微量元素进行了分析测定,并比较了10%硝酸稀释后直接进样和微波消解处理对样品测定结果的影响。结果显示,穆塞莱斯葡萄酒富含Ca、K、Mg以及Sr、Fe、Mn,但重金属元素Cu的含量比较低,在选定的实验条件下,样品中各元素互不干扰,原浆用10%硝酸稀释后直接测定,精密度和回收率较好,RSD≤3.21%,加标回收率为95%~103.6%。结果证明穆塞莱斯葡萄酒原样直接进样测定微量元素的方法安全、可靠,中间无损失。
The contents of Mg, Zn, Fe, Ca, Mn, Cu, K and Sr in Xinjiang Musailaisi wine were analyzed by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy (FAAS), and the effects of direct injection and microwave digestion treatment after diluted by 10% nitric acid on determination results were further compared. The results showed that Musailaisi wine contained high levels of Ca, K, Mg, and Sr, Fe and Mn, and the content of heavy metals Cu was relatively low. There were no interference between various elements, and direct determination had better precision and recovery (RSD ≤ 3.21%, the recovery 95%-103.6%). The results showed that applying direct injection determining trace elements in Musailaisi wine was safe, reliable and having no loss.
